So, thefourthvine has commanded her readership to go forth and rec a vid! And ever since her recs pimped me into Due South, SGA, and Hikaru no Go, I have decided it is probably wise to do her bidding. *g* So here it is: United States of Spike by sdwolfpup, available here.

This is a vid that I saw way, way back before I was even in fandom; it was one of the first fannish works I ever encountered, on a friend's computer screen, and it remains utterly fantastic three years later. I love it to death. The song choice is perfect and I love the timing. If you are even REMOTELY aware of BtVS canon... no, scratch that. All you need to know is that the blond guy is named Spike. It's just plain fun to watch, and a great homage to Spike and his badassery. Yay yay yay. This is Spike's United States of Whatever! *bam*
