Not bad, considering how many journals like qwantz I have friended just for reading! Everyone else: you are my pokemon, and eventually, I will collect you all.

It's also crazy to imagine my life without some of those bolded names. What would a quettaser-free Hannah have done with her time in Jersey? Cried?? And a shoemasterless Hannah would be pretty pathetic. I'm just sayin'. I wouldn't want to see it.

In conclusion, the reason I haven't been posting much lately is that everything I feel like saying is stupidly wanky. Do you ever get like that? Every five minutes I'm like COME HERE INTERNETS I WANNA RUMBLE except I know that I don't and it would be terrible. Blah. Why is 6:30 AM.

ETA: Hushies!!! I forgot to tell you about the Hushies! They were so adorable, flist! Chris Faller's DAD's band was the first opener, amaaazing. Chris came back to the soundboard and watched him happily from there. They came onstage and sang Hourglass with Chris's dad's band backing them! I love hometown shows best.

I had soundcheck tickets, and I'm not sure if you knew this, but Greta is gorgeous and awesome. FYI. At one point everyone was joking about how Darren's nickname in high school was Hot Stuff, and Greta chimed in with "I think it should have been Hot Stuffed, actually. Like he was a snack!" <3333333 MARRY ME.

The crowd was super amazing and energetic, for whatever reason. When performers wanted clapping, the crowd GAVE THEM GODDAMN CLAPPING. I wasn't on the floor, but I loved watching it bounce up and down.

The Cab! I forgot the Cab! The second they started playing I flashed back to RRRGLT and all those East Coast shenanigans. Awwww. Singer agreed with my opinion of the crowd's energy level and he was enjoying himself hugely. Cash on the other hand was making the :| face. What's the deal, Cash? Did you catch sight of your own tattoos in a mirror? At one point Singer had to pull his sleeve because he was standing right in the way. Also at one point Marshall came over and shook his HairHat (I've decided it needs intercaps) in Singer's face, aaaaaaaaaahhhh. I would be so frightened to sleep on the Cab's bus in case it crawled over in the night and ate my face. D:

Anyway the Hushies are super insanely talented and I cannot get over them. The "You Really Got a Hold on Me" cover at the end, where they ALL SWITCH INSTRUMENTS because they are STUPIDLY TALENTED?! It is like a whole band of Brendons.

Oh, and Greta and I definitely made a love connection during soundcheck. It was subtle, but she QUITE CLEARLY indicated by body language that someday she and I will get maaaaarried and live happily ever after in a castle made of candy. ♥___♥
