1. I love the look Teyla gives Ronon when they're told that Woolsey is going to be conducting individual interviews with each of them. It's so "oh noes. Ronon is going to eat pudding with his fingers again and we are going to be SO EMBARASSED."

2. I actually sekritly love Sparky/Jizabeth, in one situation: when John acts like the feisty, flirty secretary, flouncing around Elizabeth's office and leaning his hip against her desk, while Elizabeth leans back in her chair and acts like the sketchy leering boss man.

3. Weir/Caldwell all the way, man. I mean, I can KIND of see how you could put a spin on the Woolsey + Caldwell conversation to make it seem like Caldwell doesn't have a huge soppy crush on Elizabeth. But it's a stretch.

4. I felt that the Teyla/Michael tension got totally mislaid somewhere in this episode. Early on, there was that scene between them, and then the writers just forgot about it. Did SHE make the decision to turn him into a human? Do we know that? If so, hey, way to go with giving Teyla free reign as far as leadership!

5. Did anyone else get crazy skeeved by the Michael/Carson noncon vibe in that one scene? Because, ew.

6. Way to totally pass the Dykes to Watch Out For Test, SGA! High fives!

I don't know if it was skeevy but I was like "Teyla/Carson/Micheal!" at one point.

Elizabeth was so his mom/grade school teacher/babysitter that he really likes and wants to defend from the mean boys, but yeah that's me.

I want to read the fics with the interviews of other people on the team like right now, because seriously, this guy that has never been off world, with Ronon :D

don't phear, this is just what I was kind of mentioning on FB earlier (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v28/oyandmeeble/see.jpg) of course, you've changed your default.

Ahaha I am TOTALLY ok with looking like Billie Piper! That is what I want people to think of me as: a Rose Tyler Viking AU.

I, um, may have totally shrieked out loud at the point where Elizabeth was all "John Sheppard, are you defending my honour?" and he completely floundered for a second and then went into wild distraction mode. God that was awesome. :D But, yes, I tend to like the Sparky in much the same way you mention there, because it's just... fun. I dunno.

And yeah, that was weird how they sort of forgot about the Teyla/Michael vibe after that one nod at the beginning though I must admit even though I was deeply suspicious of what he (Michael) was doing for most of the episode after they refused to help him in return, I was totally sitting there going "Carson/Michael!!" for about five minutes. And then, yeah, it totally got skeevy. Poor Carson. :( I'm having fits of the dires where they've Done Something to him which'll have knock on effects later. Urk.

And, yes, the looks ALL of them had in that briefing. OMGLOVE. *flails about*

Yeah, but Carson going from like, captived (shh making up words time) and all "Less empathy than before" to "nooooo we need to not kill all the human ones down there even though the wraith are going to EET THEM and its been stated explicitly as the plan." I'd rather be blown up then have the life sucked out of me but you know.

I totally wish Micheal could've stayed on Atlantis though, wriathified or Conner Trineer pretty. I'm easy.

I just love Carson. He tries SO HARD. *pets him* But, yannow, yeah, good point. Probably that's Rodney's POV, at least... (wait, it totally IS. hee.)

I suspect Kat will be righttherewithyou on that one. *g*

Yeah, Carson is the the character on Atlantis I've voted "Most deserving of a thwack upside the head". I love Paul McGillion but Carson! We get that you're a bleeding heart, it's cute BUT TRY ON A LITTLE SELF PRESERVATION SEE HOW IT FITS.

I wish Michael could have stayed and been a recurring character, and not just thrown right back into the villain role. Then again, I always wish SGA would utilize their minor characters better... And yeah, Conner Trineer = v. pretty.

Dude, WAY too nuke happy. Also, aren't those things kind of EXPENSIVE? Won't someone notice at some point that Atlantis is all "Hey, there's an ant – BRING ON THE NUKES!"

...last comment, i swear: but it just struck me how hilarious your subject line is when you look at the full journal page at the moment. I mean, it reads as "No One Warned Me There'd Be Felching: Atlantis Spoilers"! *so, so SO amused*

Way to totally pass the Dykes to Watch Out For Test, SGA! High fives!

SGA is actually surprisingly good at this! (Well, compared to SG1, anyway, which actually isn't saying much.) I think they passed it for the first time back in S1 with The Gift-- a couple of Teyla-Charin, Teyla-Heightmeyer and (I think?) even a Teyla-Heightmeyer-Elizabeth scene.

hmm, not bad, SGA! Maybe I should revise my expectations up! Maybe next time, you will give a female character a PLOT ARC over SEVERAL EPISODES not involving a man!
