This post is truly, truly awesome, and it's started me thinking a lot more about the Huge Ultimate Classics Meta that I keep meaning to write. This is a post that's been sort of lurking in my brain for a while now, but I'm still not quite ready to write it. Because there are a lot of interesting things to be said about classics and fanfiction, as they relate to each other, and soon I will try to say them. Seriously. It's, like, my resolution for September.
