The whole thing seems to be stirring up quite a bit of controversy, obviously. I don't know how I'll feel about the movie, since it looks to be an attempt to do the Lord of the Rings, but without all the hard work, and without, you know, Peter Jackson. Which seems an effort doomed to fail.
