So, I'm watching back episodes of Rome and this chick Gaia is kind of smokin', isn't she? This is the only episode I've seen of the second season so far, so I know nothing about her except that she seems kind of manipulative and/or evil (?) and really pretty seriously hot in a dykey way. Check it:

I don't know what it is, exactly, that gets to me about the picture. Is it the hair? Is it that she's wearing eyeliner with no other visible make-up, more the way boys wear it than girls, like Jack Sparrow's long-lost lesbian cousin? I don't know, but I APPROVE.

Hey, yeah, maybe that's it. That plus the hair, she's like girl-Ronon or something. Definite fantasy-novel warrior type. She has a very feminine face, full lips and all, so it looks really classy without obvious makeup, and I love that expression.

I am totally diggin' on that hair, and that "I'm gonna punish you" vibe. There's something slightly odd going on about the jaw line that's slightly off-putting, but overall? Thumbs up! Up where? I mean... nothing.
