You know what I love? Rainy nights. I'm lying in bed with my laptop, typing this post, and the glow is reflecting off the rain making streaks down my window. The trees have resolved into black masses of shuddering foliage, leeched of color. Everything outside and around me is rattling or dripping or streaming with water, and the moon is barely showing through the clouds, the dim light it casts gleaming faintly off the flat shiny surface of the silvered asphalt. I don't need to wake up early tomorrow – actually, I can sleep all day if I want to. My stomach is full, my pajamas are cotton, and my sheets are clean.

It doesn't get a lot better than this.
